MAKE DISCIPLES • TOGETHER
A practical implementation hub for DLeaders and DGroup members. The True Life, Evangelifestyle, and 2Be1 sections are grounded in facilitator materials, while M.O.T.I.V.A.T.E. and #LIFEGOALS remain starter planning sections.
START HERE
Use this four-part rhythm before opening any project-specific guide.
Identify who you want to reach, select the project, set dates and format, assign roles, and review materials ahead of time.
Create a list of specific names and pray for open hearts, wisdom, unity, Gospel conversations, and next steps.
Use the current official CCF resources and follow the intended teaching flow and implementation requirements.
Assign follow-up before the event ends. Reconnect, invite participants to DGroup, and help them continue in discipleship.
CHOOSE YOUR PROJECT
Select a project to open its implementation playbook.
CCF’s evangelistic on-ramp for seekers and brand-new believers, moving from God’s love and the Gospel into first steps of discipleship.
Weekend intensive: all eight sessions across Friday evening and Saturday. Multi-week: one or two sessions per DGroup meeting over several weeks.
Pray over and personally invite participants. Read each workbook session ahead of time, rehearse discussion questions, gather workbooks, pens, Bibles and AV, and arrange a co-facilitator where helpful.
Ask everyone to arrive on time, silence phones, protect confidentiality, avoid recording personal sharing, listen respectfully, and avoid judgment.
Welcome → Talk About It → Apply It → Pray It. A typical flow is 10 minutes welcome, 30–40 minutes discussion, 10 minutes application, and 10 minutes prayer.
Keep confession private. Overcoming Strongholds should be led only by someone experienced and prepared, or alongside a seasoned leader/staff member. Know the pastor/care referral pathway beforehand.
Baptism is voluntary and should be coordinated with church leadership in advance.
Personally contact each participant, connect them to a DGroup and GLC Level 1, record decisions and baptism follow-through, report outcomes, and prayerfully identify a possible future host.
An interactive workshop that helps participants practice sharing the Gospel as a way of life.
Combine Sessions 1–2, use the Oikos Map during the break, then combine Sessions 3–4. Preview the video and confirm natural stopping points first.
Recommended for weekly small groups. Each meeting is about 60–75 minutes with immediate practice after teaching.
Establish why Gospel sharing is every believer’s calling. Use an icebreaker, teaching clip, Harvest Wall activity, ambassador reflection, and a commitment to pray for specific people.
Practice Pray-Care-Share and naturally starting a conversation using Ask · Admire · Admit. Build an Oikos Map of family, work/school, neighbors, and friends.
Help each participant write and practice a one-minute testimony using Before → How → After.
Connect the testimony to the Gospel using the Best Decision booklet, practice the transition, use 2×2 role-play, and send participants out with a concrete plan to share.
A Christ-centered marriage retreat built around biblical teaching, meaningful couple conversations, and intentional time together.
Use official 2Be1 materials as provided. Official content and designs should not be modified.
The manual states two days (stay-out or stay-in) or three days / two nights (stay-in). Schedule adaptations require approval through CCF Leadership / GLC.
Facilitators must be trained, with a maximum of 4 couples per facilitator.
Read the workbook and session guides, confirm dates, venue and co-facilitators, obtain needed approvals, open registration, build the facilitator team, and request official materials early.
Review each session, prepare brief authentic testimonies where appropriate, confirm worship, food, childcare, workbooks, pens, name tags and AV, secure materials, and pray by name for registered couples.
State confidentiality clearly. Keep sharing couple-facing rather than group-facing, do not force disclosure, avoid fixing or shaming, and protect private couple-conversation time.
Ask good questions, protect time, point discussion back to Scripture and Christ, and do not diagnose, treat, referee, or take sides.
A practical series for developing Christ-centered influence, character, and relationships.
Use it with a DGroup, family, leaders, or people you are intentionally mentoring.
Schedule the full series with enough space for application between sessions.
Review current official materials, prepare discussion time, and identify one practical application.
End with one concrete action and begin the next meeting with a short accountability check-in.
A discussion series on biblical success, purpose, work, finances, family, balance, and legacy.
Position the series as a conversation about success, purpose, work, finances, family, and legacy.
Choose a consistent weekly time and assign facilitator, host, AV, hospitality, and follow-up roles.
Review the current official workbook/video, prepare one opening question, and protect discussion time.
As the series closes, personally invite participants who are not yet connected to continue through a DGroup or other next-step environment.
SERVE TOGETHER
The project becomes discipleship when the DGroup serves as a team—not when one leader does everything.
Builds the prayer list and keeps the project spiritually centered.
Coordinates personal invitations and outreach.
Reviews flow, tests videos/audio, and prepares backup plans.
Coordinates venue, food, registration, and practical needs.
Guide conversations, listen well, and protect a safe environment.
Tracks each participant’s next step after the event or series.

PROJECT MONITORING
Submit one report per DGroup Project event. This embedded form is the same live Jotform used for CCF DGroup micro-events and micro-retreats, so submissions continue to go to the existing monitoring form.
OFFICIAL RESOURCES
This hub organizes implementation. Current official CCF/GLC teaching content, workbooks, videos, branding, and requirements remain controlling.
